- 2 tbsp whole-wheat flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose or spelt flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp creamy nut butter of your choice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tsp coconut or regular cane sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp dairy-free or regular milk
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips for topping
In a small bowl combine all the ingredients.
Form the dough into a large cookie shape, top with the chocolate chips, and place on a lightly oiled microwaveable plate.
Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Let cool for a couple of minutes before eating.
