Ingredients
  

  • 4 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Divide the mixture between two of the tortillas and spread it over all of the tortilla.
  • After that, place the remaining two tortillas over each of the two tortillas with the chicken mixture. *Brush a little olive oil over each tortilla before baking*
  • Bake the tortillas on a foil-lined baking pan; and bake for about 15 minutes until lightly browned. Turn the tortillas over carefully halfway so that both sides will bake evenly.
